User.com works on a SaaS-model of billing with recurring monthly subscription plans. (You can also select a quarter, semi-annual or annual option.)
Each month, your price is calculated based on the number of contacts you have in your database + products in your subscription. Read more about pricing calculation here.*
Who is a contact?
A contact is a person you have in your database who has one or more of the following characteristics:
- email address
- phone number
- conversation on chat (Only conversations where the user wrote/replied are counted.)
So, if any one of these conditions is met, you will be charged for this visitor/user.
How is the price calculated each month?
Your subscription is prolonged automatically each month on the same day you started your first subscription plan.
The system counts the number of contacts in your database and charges you for the products you have chosen.*
If there appear any problems with getting payment from your credit card, you will be notified by a pop-up appearing in your panel.
Please note, that we do not notify clients before charging for active subscriptions.
Remember, that number of emails you have per month is 4 times more than number of contacts you paid for (Email Marketing product).
How can I pay?
You can pay for your User.com account only by Visa or MasterCard. More about payment methods here.
We do not require credit card numbers during registration, but if you wish to move to a paid plan, such data must be provided.
We use Braintree for credit card payment processing. Our partner provides the highest security and reliability standard.
How do I get my invoices?
Each month you will get proforma + invoice. They are available in your Payment section.
Furthermore, if you need any help with your payments, we will be happy to assist you. If you encounter any delay caused by a system malfunction, we will prolong your trial (if applicable) until the issue is resolved.
*Remember, that the minimum price is defined by your first payment in the system.
