How does the trial period work?
Each user can get a 14-day free trial for each of their apps
What you can do during the trial
To let you test our service before buying a subscription plan, we've introduced a 14-day free trial period that does not require you to use a credit card. During the trial, you will have access to all User.com functions. The only limit here is that you will only be able to send a maximum of 25 emails total.
How can I prolong the trial?
But what if two weeks of a trial is too little for you? There are two options for how you can prolong your trial:
- One, you will get a special offer for the first 24 hours after registration. If you add the User.com app to your website, you will get an extra ten days of trial. However, the offer is available only for those 24 hours. If you miss it, your trial will be a standard 14 days one.
- Another way in which you can get additional trial days is to post a review of our app. If you are interested, ask our support team, and they will give you a link to a review website. After you post the review, our team will verify it and then prolong your trial.
Also, should you experience any technical issues caused by our platform malfunctioning, there is a possibility that your trial will be extended until the issue is resolved. In case this happens, please contact our support team.
Note: This does not apply to any development queries.
