Welcome to User.com! To start exploring the potential of the platform and getting first benefits for your business, you need to create an account - the application in User.com.
Once you get a demo tour from one of the User.com sales representatives, you should get a link to register your first app.
It's an easy process that includes several steps. Let's go through each of them.

1. Setup Project
At the very first step you need to define the name of the application. We highly recommend to use the name of the company or project to make it suitable for the long-term work. Please, bare in mind that the subdomain (which is based on the name of the app) might appear in the application notifications.
Note! Later the name and the subdomain of the app cannot be changed!
App name: Name of the company or project.
Subdomain: Future link to your application.
Phone number: Actual contact number for the project.
2. Tell Us More About You
The second step of the process requires the description of your company/project. It will help us to adjust the educational materials and implementation process.
3. Start Growing!
The information you provide us with on the third step will help us to find the best use cases and tips for your project.
4. Verification Process
Now the app is almost ready! Our specialists should verify the account. To fasten the process please copy the key of the app and contact our support team via chat.
Once verification passes you need to refresh the page to enter the application you created.
Now you have your own app in the User.com platform.
How to Create the Next App
If you already have an app in User.com and you would like to create a new one for another project of sandbox environment, you can do it right from the panel.
Open your existing application.
Find the name of the app in top left corner.
Click on the arrow near the name and open the dropdown.
Choose "Create new app +" option and follow the steps described earlier in the article.
