How to manage access to attributes
Learn how you can limit the visibility of attributes in terms of agent groups
You can manage the visibility of user/company attributes for agents with a particular access level.
- Go to Settings - Team management - Access levels,
- Find the access level you want to edit and after clicking the icon on the right choose "Set attribute permissions" from the dropdown,
- Choose which group of attributes you want to manage (User/Company),
- Check the attributes you want to make invisible for people using this access level,
- Click "Save changes".
Now, agents who have the access level you have just edited will not see these attributes in User/Company profiles.
