How to manage access to attributes

Learn how you can limit the visibility of attributes in terms of agent groups



You can manage the visibility of user/company attributes for agents with a particular access level. 

  1. Go to Settings - Team management - Access levels,
  2. Find the access level you want to edit and after clicking the icon on the right choose "Set attribute permissions" from the dropdown,
  3. Choose which group of attributes you want to manage (User/Company),
  4. Check the attributes you want to make invisible for people using this access level,
  5. Click "Save changes".

Now, agents who have the access level you have just edited will not see these attributes in User/Company profiles.
