Ask for a review after purchase in e-shop

Drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction with our seamless review collection process

This scenario empowers businesses to gather real-time feedback, identify areas for enhancement, and build a community of engaged, repeat customers. Elevate your brand by leveraging authentic customer voices.

Prerequisites

  • Text content for a message

How it works

  1. User makes a purchase

  2. After 30days user receives the email requesting him to leave a review for his recent purchase.

  3. After few days User.com checks if the customer has opened the email and clicked on the review link.

  4. If the customer hasn’t opened the email or clicked on the link, send a follow-up message to encourage him to leave a review.

How to build it

  1. Create messages and configure email campaigns

  2. Create an automation

Create an automation

Let's start with an Automation. It's starts with the timeout trigger (On date & time Trigger), as you want a particular action to happen on a specific day and time (after 30 days of the purchase).

  1. Go to Automations -> Create new

  2. Select On date & time Trigger from the panel on the right and place it on

You can configure filters in that module based on your needs. In our case we decided that we want to filter out people, who not only made a purchase exactly 30 days ago, but we want to ensure that they gave us permission to send them communication and shared their email address with us. Be sure to switch the toggle "Repeat" on. Without your automation will be triggered only once (on the date you chose).

  1. Choose Send email campaign module

  2. Select the previously prepared email campaign

  1. Select Delay module from the panel on the right and place it on

Decide how long you want to wait before sending the Follow-Up reminder

  1. Check if user has clicked on the review link in your first email

  1. Send the follow-up reminder
