CM.com - User.com integration

Send SMS campaigns via CM.com directly from your User.com workspace.


CM.com is one of the supported SMS providers in User.com. This integration allows you to send both single and automated SMS campaigns using a number registered with CM.com. The setup requires a one-time configuration handled with the help of the User.com support team or your dedicated Customer Success Manager.

What the CM.com Integration Includes

Once configured, the integration allows you to:

  • Send SMS campaigns from User.com using CM.com infrastructure.

  • Use both manual (single) and automated campaigns in your workflows.

  • Track key delivery and click metrics directly within your User.com app.

How to Connect CM.com with User.com

To enable CM.com as your SMS provider, please follow these steps:

  1. Get a phone number from CM.com

  2. Generate credentials in CM.com SMS Sender Panel:

    • Sender name

    • API key

    • Phone number

  3. Contact User.com support and provide a specialist with the details from step 2.

  4. Wait for confirmation of the account activation.

  5. Once approved, you’ll be notified that your sender is ready for use.

NOTE! Configuration of the “STOP SMS” (opt-out) feature is a separate process. It requires a dedicated configuration. Check the info here.

Sender & Phone Number Requirements

Sender

To comply with CM.com and User.com standards, make sure your sender name meets these conditions:

  • Max length: 11 characters

  • Unique name per application (the same sender name cannot be assigned to more than one application)

Prohibited for sender names:

  • Offensive language

  • Bank names

  • Company names not associated with your business

The requesting person is responsible for ensuring the sender name complies with these requirements.

Phone number

Supported phone number formats (where CC is the country code):

  • +CCPHONENUMBER (preferred)

  • 00CCPHONENUMBER

No other phone number formats are supported.

How to Send an SMS Campaign

Once CM.com is integrated:

  1. Go to Campaigns > SMS > Create new.

  2. Choose either a single campaign or automated campaign type.

  3. The campaign creation process is the same as with any other SMS provider in User.com.

CM.com SMS Campaigns Stats

In Campaigns > SMS section you ca find all basic stats about the SMS campaigns. They include:

  • Recipient count

  • Sent count

  • Delivered percentage

  • Click percentage

If you open the campaign profile, you can find more details about these parameters along with the:

  • Delivery logs

  • Link clicks

  • Link statistics

More extended analytics you can get directly in the CM.com panel:

  1. Log in to your CM.com dashboard.

  2. Click the menu icon (left of your avatar).

  3. Choose "Message Insights".

  4. Filter by: sender name and/or custom date range.
