  1. Detect Users with recently ended subscriptions

  2. Create a deal and assign the agent

  3. Create the activity

  4. Notify agent about created deal

How to build it

Creating automations

It starts with a Timeout triggerr, followed by a Create a deal module and Create activity module

  1. Go to Automations -> Create new.

  2. Select Timeout trigger from the panel on the right and place it on canvas.

Monitor subscription statuses to identify users whose subscriptions ended a few days ago and who's account is not active any more.

  1. Select Create a deal module and configure it accordingly to your needs

Decide whether to assign the deal to the same agent currently associated with the user or select a different specific agent based on your preference.

  1. Add a Create activity module to your path

When your previous action is create deal, assigning activity to the last deal created is useful.
