Choose user, company, product, and deal segments that are displayed for each agent and the segments that are displayed as default.
These settings only impact your agents' default views and not your user, company, or deal assignments. Here, you simply set which segments will be displayed when a particular agent enters the section People, Companies, Products, or Deals.
Segments displayed for each agent
Go to Settings -> App settings -> Users data & events -> Segment management.
There, for each agent, you can choose the segments you want to be displayed as default when they enter the section People, Companies, Products, or Deals.
Here, you can specify which segments will be displayed as default for agents who have no segments chosen in the settings mentioned above.
Go to Settings -> App settings -> Users data & events -> Segment management and, from the list on the left, choose Default segments.
From the drop-down menus, choose which segments will be displayed as default.
