Why should you add a photo to your profile?
The key to an open and meaningful conversation is credibility - your users should trust that they are speaking a real person, not a bot. And the best way to increase their trust is to add a photo to your profile that will be displayed in the chat widget and your emails.
How to change the profile photo?
Click on your picture in the top right corner of the screen. Then, go to Edit user profile -> Edit current agent.
Click on the Avatar field and upload your picture.
