How to create email templates
Design your messages and give them structure
Before you start
You need to create at least one email campaign before you have access to all the email campaign options.

What are email templates?
Email templates are visual layouts of your email messages based on HTML scripts. You can use and modify the templates provided by User.com or create new ones from scratch.
How to create a new email template
You can add your own Templates when creating the email campaign, or:
- Go to "Campaigns" -> "Emails" -> "Resources" -> "Templates" -> "Create": with 3 different options: "Paste code", "Use advanced editor", and "Use simple editor".
- Type in the Name
- Type in the Template description
- Click Save
If you choose the option "Pasted code":
- Provide the HTML code.
- As you write your code in the black field, you will see elements appear in the white field.
- When you are finished, click Save.

When you create an email form in "Layouts", you can edit them then reuse your already created emails when creating a new "Email campaign". From the menu on the left, go to "Messages " and click "Copy and edit".
