How to manage a subscription

Learn how to update, upgrade, or cancel your User.com subscription.

Once you've activated your User.com subscription, you gain full access to the platform’s features and tools to grow your business. To know more about the steps of the subscription purchase, please check the following article.

Managing your subscription in User.com is simple and flexible, giving you full control over your billing preferences, payment method, and invoicing details.

Payments Section Overview

To enter the Payments section please go to the top right corner of the panel, hover over the agent icon and click on the "Payments" option.

NOTE! If you see no "Payments" under the Agent's menu, it means your access level is not enough for this action. Only admins can enter the Payments section.

The overall view of the Payments section can differ due to the payment method.

Automated Card Payment

If your subscription is paid automatically using a saved business card, the Payments section will display a summary of your current billing status.

You’ll see:

  • Subscription plan name

  • The status of your subscription (active/inactive)

  • The date your recent plan started

  • The next billing date

This overview helps you stay informed about your subscription status at a glance.

Bank Transfer Payment

If your subscription is paid via bank transfer, the Payments section will appear slightly different but still provides a similar set of key details:

  • Subscription plan name

  • Billing period (monthly/quarterly/semi-annually/annually)

  • The date your recent plan started

  • The next billing date

  • Auto-renewal status (enabled or disabled)

  • Payment status (paid or unpaid)

This view helps you monitor the timeline and status of your subscription, even when not using an automated payment method.

How to Manage the Billing Details

For B2B models, it’s essential to keep your company information up to date in the Payments section, as these details are automatically used for generating invoices.

Automated Card Payment

If your subscription is paid by card, all billing and company information is managed directly through your Stripe account. To access it, click the “Manage subscription” button and log in using the email address associated with the account. Within Stripe, you can easily update your company details or change the payment card at any time.

Bank Transfer Payment

For bank transfer payments, you can update your billing information directly in the Payments section of the app. Navigate to the “Billing Info” section in the menu and fill out the form with your updated company details. If you're working with a User.com Customer Success or Sales representative, please also inform them of these changes to ensure they are reflected on future invoices.

Where to Find the Invoices

Invoices are automatically sent to the email address provided during your initial subscription purchase. Additionally, you can always access your invoices directly within your account.

Automated Card Payment

Invoices for subscriptions paid automatically by card are stored in your connected Stripe account. To access them, click the “Manage subscription” button in the Payments section of the User.com app. You’ll be redirected to the Stripe panel, where you can view and download the full list of invoices associated with your application, along with billing history, payment details, and card management options.

Bank Transfer Payment

Invoices for subscriptions paid via bank transfer can be accessed directly within the Payments section of the User.com app. Navigate to the “Invoices” tab in the left-hand menu to view the complete list of invoices issued for your account. Each invoice includes details such as the billing period, payment status, and issue date, and can be downloaded for your records.

How to Cancel the Plan

If you decide to suspend or cancel your subscription, you’ll need to deactivate your plan to prevent it from renewing automatically.

Automated Card Payment

For subscriptions paid by card, click the red “Cancel subscription” button in the Payments section. This action will stop the auto-renewal. Your application will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle. After that, it will be automatically blocked and eventually deleted.

Bank Transfer Payment

For subscriptions managed via bank transfer, click the “Resign from plan” button and complete the short resignation form. Providing a reason for your cancellation is highly valuable and helps us improve the User.com platform.
Additionally, please inform your designated Customer Success or Sales representative at User.com to coordinate the final steps of your resignation.

If you have any questions or concerns about your subscription or its current status, we strongly encourage you to reach out to our Customer Success team first. Our dedicated representatives are here to support you, answer all your questions, and help you find the most suitable solution for your business needs. We're always happy to assist and ensure you get the maximum value from your experience with User.com.
