Improve the deliverability of your emails

Improve on one of the most effective ways to reach your customers

Below, you will find a few points that will significantly improve the delivery of your messages.

1. First, check if your domain or IP is not blacklisted.

We recommend using this free tool: http://multirbl.valli.org. If it turns out that you are on a blacklist, you should visit its website and check how you can get your domain removed from the list. Detailed instructions are on all of those pages; please follow them.

 2. Check the quality of your database.

Remove all email addresses with typos such as: gmal.com, etc. Sending emails to such addresses earns you the reputation of a spammer and destroys the reputation of your domain. If you already have such addresses, unfortunately, you need to remove them manually. For the future, however, you can use the double opt-in process. Find out more about double opt-in here.

It's worth considering whether a customer wants to receive messages from you. The customer has the option of clicking "this is spam" or "mark as spam" after receiving your emails.

3. Pay attention to the quality of the message itself.

We encourage you to send emails that are as engaging as possible, for example, not to send a simple jpg, but also write a few words of text in the mail. Moreover, there are many words that can trigger spam filters. They should be avoided. You can find a list of such words here.

4. Setting DMARC is important.

Using CNAME record

  • name: _dmarc.example.com
  • value: _dmarc.mail03-userengage.com

These tips will help improve the deliverability of your emails.
