Chat message statuses

New useful feature for managing customer support via chat


At the request of our clients, we've implemented message labeling on chat. Each message has one of the following icons: 

  • Message was sent, but not read by the recipient 
  •  Message was received and read by the recipient
  •  Message was not sent. There can be various reasons.

For example, in case of a lost internet connection: such a message will be automatically sent as soon as the connection is established.
