There are different types of system emails sent from User.com. Here, you can check what they are and from which email domain they are sent.
- unread messages sent to users, when the user didn't see it on chat - these emails are sent from: name.surname-of-agent_conversation-key@unread.user.com, for example: aneta.koreba_fhTpJCOuDU_1jKnM@unread.user.com
- emails sent to agents, if they have notifications set up - these emails are sent from: noreply@app.usermail14.com
- reset password - from domain: noreply@app.useremail14.com
- agent invite - from domain: noreply@app.useremail14.com
