Responding to users when they are offline

How do users receive your messages from chat when they are no longer on your website?

You can respond to a user who is temporarily offline. Let's look at what happens in such a situation.

Imagine you're having a conversation with a user and suddenly the user goes offline. What happens to the message you have sent? Will the user receive it?

The answer is very simple. If you send the chat message to an offline registered user, then it will automatically go to the email the user has provided you with. The user can respond to you directly from the email. (You will get the message in the chat window.) The complete communication history is available in one place!

If you do not have the email address of a particular user, he or she will receive your message in the chat widget when re-entering your website. Nothing sent by your user will disappear!
