Add notes and notify other agents
A simple trick to streamline your communication
Where can you find it?
This function is available in the Inbox, as well as in the profiles of users, companies, and deals.
How to use it?
After clicking on the bottom of your chat window, choose the mode Note instead of Message (the writing field will turn yellow). Now, type @. From the upper drop-down menu, pick the agent you want to send the note to.
After adding the note, the agent will see the notification in the top-right corner of the app.
