Agent profile in chat
Agents can display additional information about them that will be visible in their chat conversations
Agent profile settings
In their profile, agents can put their title, links to their social media profiles and short information about themselves that will be visible on chat.
In the regular conversation view, only the title is visible. For more informations you have to click on the profile photo.
How to set it up
In the User.com app, click on your profile photo in the top right corner. From the drop-down menu, click on your name.Click General information and fill the field Bio with your description.Click Update settings. That's it!
Which agents are displayed in new conversations?
When someone sends you a chat message, all available agents are displayed in random order until one of them replies. Different agents will be displayed every time a visitor opens the chat window.
