Agent profile in chat
Agents can display additional information that will be visible in their conversations on chat
Your agents can display their title, short bio and links to their social media profiles that will be visible in their conversations on chat.
In standard view, during a conversation, only the title is visible. However, if you click on the profile photo more information will appear.
How to set it up
In the User.com app, click on your profile photo in the top right corner. Then, from the drop-down menu, select the first option: the one that displays your name.Click General information and fill in the field, Bio, field with your description.Click Update settings, and that's it!
Which agents are displayed in new conversations?
When someone sends you a chat message, agents are displayed randomly until one of them replies. Until an agent replies, every time your visitor enters the conversation, different agents will be displayed.
