Steps to Purchase a Subscription Plan
Create an App
Make sure you already have an environment for your project in User.com. If there is no application yet, please follow the instructions from the dedicated article.
Purchase a Plan
Open the application and click on the Agent's icon in top right corner of the panel.
Find "Payments" there and choose this option.
Now in the Payments section you need to find a "Add Subscription" button on the right.
On the next step you can find available pricing options. Choose the plan that suits your needs and requirements. You can also decide on the billing frequency. Standardly the monthly billing cycle is applied, but you can switch it to the quarterly (save 5%), semi-annual (save 10%) or annual (save 20%) option in order to receive a discount.
NOTE! If you have a discount code, you need to mark the checkbox. In this case only monthly billing period will remain available, as the discounts cannot be summed up.
Now you need to fill the form with your company and billing details.
NOTE! The email address you put here is very important! Later on you will use it to log in to the Stipe panel to manage your subscription plan and edit the details.
Click on "Pay and subscribe" button.
Check the summary of the purchased subscription plan.
Congratulations! Now you have a valid User.com subscription.
